Charter Oak Preserving Company was established in 1985.  Two enterprising women wanted to showcase the abundance of high quality produce in North San Diego County.  Only the freshest and purest ingredients are cooked in small batches without preservatives or additives.

In 1990, Stephanie Sibley, one of the founders, became the sole owner.  She produces culinary creations from original recipes that preserve flavor and quality for your enjoyment.  Her attention to detail and excellent customer service are hallmarks of Charter Oak.
